Shortland Chambers and its members ranked by Chambers & Partners

Shortland Chambers has been ranked as a Band 1 Chambers in the latest Chambers & Partners listings for the category Dispute Resolution – The Bar for New Zealand. Interviewees described Chambers as “New Zealand’s leading chambers by some distance” and “New Zealand’s premier set of commercial chambers”, constituted of “a group of leading QCs, supported by a group of top junior barristers”.  


In the same category, members Alan Galbraith QC, Jack Hodder QC, David Cooper and Sarah Armstrong were noted as Band 1 Dispute Resolution barristers, joined by Band 2 members Adam Ross QC, Bruce Gray QC, Jane Anderson QC, Jenny Cooper QC, Stephen Hunter QC and retired member Stephen Mills QC. Bob Hollyman QC, Daniel McLellan QC, John Billington QC and John Dixon QC were noted as Band 3 barristers.  John Billington QC and John Dixon QC were named in the category White-Collar Crime – the Bar.  


Clive Elliott QC and Kevin Glover were also named in the category Intellectual Property – the Bar.
